Numerous festivals are giving some rhythms to the summer season, such as Hier, un village...,(Yesterday a village) in Flagnac, a very emotional story related by the voice of Jeannou, an old farmer who are telling how was the life in his village before and after the first world war, it atmosphere and also its life of toils. The lightings effects and its stages with the living animals are making a magical and emotional moment.
You will also discover the local gastronomy, with its cheeses such as the famous Roquefort, Laguiole or Cantal, its numerous cakes and its delicious and tasty cooked meats.

The Abbey and the bridge over the Dourdou are classified since 1998 in the World Heritage of Humanity (UNESCO). The Romans’ sculptures representing the Tympanum of the last Judgment and the capital of the Saint Foy Abbey are famous all over the world. The visitor can also admire the Pierre Soulages stained-glass windows.
Since 2008, the village itself, the major part of the pilgrimage of Saint Jacques and the Via Podiensis toward the Portugal, are register in the list of the Major Sites to see in the Midi-Pyrénées Click here to see the video.
